MAC-alicious: New Colors For Spring
I am a MAC makeup girl. I love the way their makeup “glides” onto the skin and makes it look flawless. I have had Mary Kay makeovers, Bobbi Brown samples and even survived the Fashio Fair era. But through all of it, I still come back to the MAC line. I simply have not found any other line that complements all skin colors so well.
The spring colors have arrived and boy are they fab-u-lous! I generally don’t wear much blush, but I will tell you that these colors look fun enough to try:
The “pink” blush. Think this looks good on any skin tone?

The neutral blush. Yes, MY favorite. Want to look as natural as possible.

And finally, oh yes, the reds of reds: Red Lipstick. Are you red-dy?

I wear a little red, only on special occasions. But what I’ve found is a trick to keep the red from looking too red. Apply a little Mac shimmer gloss to the top of the lipstick and that will tone it down a bit, so as not to look too dramatic, especially for day wear. (A Mary-Kay consultant actually gave me that tip…and it works!)
