Help Anyone?

It has been almost two months since I contacted the Dooney and Bourke company about a reader’s question about their trade-in program. Seems that the reader wants to know if the designer handbag trade that Dooney and Bourke offers also covers luggage. I contacted their customer service department back in January and still don’t have an answer yet.

Does anyone know? If so, could you please help us out?

    Call them. It is very, very simple. And, as you will notice in their “policy” it state PRODUCT not handbags, so I would imagine that includes luggage. I recently sent back a bag (didn’t send in registration card either) and go a $265 credit in less then a week.

    Please call 1-800-347-5000, 9am - 5pm (EST), Monday through Friday or fax 800-326-1496, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can also email customer service at CustServ@Dooney.com.

    2. What is your guarantee?
    If our product does not withstand the rigors of normal use within one year, we will gladly repair or replace the item free of charge. In order to be covered by our product guarantee, a customer must have filled out and returned the guarantee card that comes with each Dooney & Bourke product.
