Handbags Q&A: Handbags With Feet
It’s a question I’ve often wondered. Why, oh why, are there “feet” on designer handbags? It’s like the most peculiar, yet cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Seems that the top of the line bags have the “claw” feet as they’re called. It seems that their single most job is to keep the bottom of your purse from getting scuffed up. Or, is it so that they can make that “klunk” sound when you put it down and everyone turns to look at YOU and ooooh and aaaah over your bag?
