Handbagging For a Cause

Handbags are really about a look. We buy them for the name on the inside label, for the color that matches perfectly without our blue pantsuit or just to say “we have one.”
But how about buying one that’s just for a good cause?
The FeedProjects.org foundation was founded by Laura Bush in an effort to answer the need to feed hungry children. Teamed up with the United Nations World Food Program, and appropriately titled, “Feed Bags”, the sale from one of these handbags will feed one hungry school child for one year.
At only $59.99, perhaps we should all consider purchasing at least one. How about it?

The only problem I have with the Feed Bags are they’re so huge. I bought one for my sister for her birthday and she hasn’t really used it (other than on trips) because it’s gigantic. I’d only use it if I was going to the beach, to carry towels and snacks, or maybe on an airplane.

I didn’t know they were THAT huge. I think I’d still like oe to use at the beach and places like that.
